Our Friday night included a fire pit, chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers...friends chatting and squealing kids in the background. It was a good night! One more thing to check off our Summer Bucket List!

ReplyDeleteI just found you through Courtney's site and can relate to every single thing you spoke of in your guest post. My son is 7 months old and I left my job as a marketing director to stay at home when he was born. I often feel lost, but I wouldn't trade my time with my son for anything. It's certainly hard to find balance but I'm fortunate that our family is in a position financially where I can take some time off.
ReplyDeleteAnd I too have trouble labeling myself as a blogger. I don't have a shop, but I think people just wouldn't care about my random DIY/around the house projects. So I just say, "oh I stay at home." Instead of, "I stay at home, I blog, I craft, I take my son to music classes and other activities, I make sure our house is always in order and the fridge always stocked, AND I still have to volunteer with a charity to help them raise money..."
