It's beginning to look a lot like Spring around here...we've been outside more this week then all of winter! It feels good...my mind feels clear. The kids are better behaved. And we have been moving more. Lots of walks and bike rides. Chasing bubbles & balls. Looking at butterflies and bees. Spring is a good thing. It really is.
