I'm going to start it off with a little sparkle...Lately my shopaholic tendencies have been put on hold and it seems that at times when I would have thought I needed a new out fit to go to the grocery store...(maybe a slight exageration!) that now I think of painting my nails when the talk of going out comes up! A thing called 'BUDGET' has gotten ahold of me and for some reason I can justify spending $3 for a pretty little bottle at Walmart.
