White Hot Chocolate...Mmm.

I know that if I ever get a second to put my feet up during this super busy weekend,
I will be drinking one of these....how bout you?

White Hot Chocolate

1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream *
4 cups half-and-half *
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Whip Cream and Cinnamon for topping

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir constantly until white chocolate chips have melted. Stir in half-and-half and vanilla extract. Stir occasionally until heated through. Pour into mugs and top with whip cream sprinkled with cinnamon (lots for me!)

* In a pinch I have substituted for 2% milk...still just as good-less calories too :) I've even used less milk and it still tastes good!

Happy Friday!

Kids like it too!!
